Today, dfuse is releasing a new beta endpoint that provides a snapshot of all scopes that exist for any table, at any given block height.

Without this API today, it is nearly impossible to get a consistent view of all holders of a given token, let alone provide a historical view. The main reason is that the blockchain moves so fast, so you need a way to freeze it in time to get a consistent view. This new API helps retrieve all accounts with data in a given table.

Paired with our /v0/state/tables/scopes endpoint, you can fetch batches of tables and quickly get a view of token holder distributions for various contracts.
